Bashmbat and Al-Ezbah… all were charged by the prosecution under article 174 of the 1991 Penal Code with the crime of theft. Some of them also admitted to consuming drugs and the court convicted them under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1994. Some of them denied it, and a hearing was set to hear the informant and witnesses, the prosecution representative, the Shendi prosecutor. , and the informant who reports to military intelligence appeared. They were transferred to prison to serve their sentences.
