The Sovereignty Council mourns the loss of Hatem Mamoun
Port Sudan 9-5-2024
The Transitional Sovereignty Council mourns the martyr of duty, Hatem Mamoun, who was injured during a treacherous march while documenting the graduation of a new batch of students from the Military College in the presence of the President of the Sovereignty Council, following his serious injury. Attempts were made to save him and continue his treatment in Sudan and Egypt, but God forbid if he came, he would not respond.
The deceased, God willing, was a moral and professional young man, with a sincere patriotic conscience and an unprecedented love for Sudan, a land and a human being. He painted with his camera the characteristics of this beautiful country, immortal paintings.
May God accept him with good acceptance in the highest paradise with the martyrs and the righteous, and be a good companion to them.
As the Sovereignty Council mourns him, the Sudanese people mourn a kind and professional young man who presented many works of art preserved in the archives of local and international media institutions.
May God have mercy on the deceased and grant his family, loved ones and friends patience and comfort.
We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return.
