Towards a Fermoarian in Sudan who builds his country with people and for people
⸻
* ✦ Introduction *
The authoritarian central models have failed to build a stable and equitable Sudan. For decades, the grievances of marginalization have been consecrated, the state has disintegrated in the face of the population and cultural pluralism, and conflicts on power and wealth improved.
For this, we present today an integrated vision to build the “United States”, as a national, inclusive alternative, restores power to the people, and gives each state its right to manage their affairs in a combined federal framework.
⸻
* ✦ First: vision *
“Sudan is not a single country, but a homeland in which there are many identities, and unite with will and justice.”
⸻
* ✦ Second: foundations and principles *
1. Complete Federation: A fair sharing of power and wealth between the center and the states.
2. Al -wahda is satisfied: there is no political coercion or military oppression.
3. Local basic rule: the state begins from the neighborhood, not from the palace.
4. Management of localized resources: Each state first benefits from its resources.
5. Justice in political and media representation.
6. Cultural and religious diversity is a source of strength and balance.
7. Transitional justice and complete reconciliation are the basis of stability.
⸻
* ✦ Third: political and administrative structures *
* ● The federal state *:
• Responsible for sovereignty, defense, foreign policy, criticism, national security
* ● State: *
• With local parliaments, constitutions and courts.
• Manages education, health, agriculture, development and local security.
* ● Localities: *
• Direct management in terms of cities and regions.
* ● The government of biology: *
• The first community authority is elected directly by the population.
⸻
* ✦ Fourth: the economic program *
* ● Production and services regulations: *
• Each state executes, manufactures, stores and distributes its products before exporting.
* ● Prevent smuggling and damage: *
• Establish small shops and factories near production areas.
* ● Justice in investment: *
• Facilitate small and medium -sized enterprises for young people and women.
• Attract investments transparently between the governments of the States.
⸻
* Fifth: Justice and Society *
• Activation of the local judicial power within the States.
The customary courts control small community conflicts.
• Transitional justice which does justice to the victims and guarantees that there is no impunity.
Special care for war victims (rape, distortions, family loss).
⸻
* Sixth: the roadmap *
1. A complete community dialogue on the federal system.
2. Drafting of a new constitution through a founding national conference.
3. Cons up the elections in each state.
4. Experimental launch of the government government in certain cities.
5. Financing development projects under the supervision of states.
6. Training and allow local and neighborhood departments.
⸻
* ✦ Seventh: the role of the organization of Father Adam *
• Educate people on the federal project.
• Preparation of executives and political and societal content.
• Legal and constitutional support for the establishment of the new state.
• Direct the media and the popular campaign for Federal Sudan.
⸻
* ✦ Conclusion *
The “United States” is not only a political card, but a national, moral and humanitarian rescue project which restores Sudan in its position, restores their dignity and gives the Sudanese states the right to govern, partnership and real representation.
