The technical committee for monitoring Hajj operations holds its meeting to determine the progress of Hajj operations
The second flight departed today with 788 pilgrims from the second group of three states on board.
The Technical Quarantine Committee met to monitor the operations of pilgrims for the year 1445 AH. He held his meeting under the chairmanship of the Director of National Quarantine at the Federal Ministry of Health, Dr. Al-Fatih Rabie. the Quarantine meeting room in the Red Sea Sector in Port Sudan, in the presence of members of the National Quarantine Committee, the Red Sea Sector and the General Administration of Emergencies and Epidemic Control.
The committee discussed the progress report of the work of the first day of the regrouping and the arrangements that were made until the pilgrims boarded the ship until its departure from Othman Digna Port in Suwakin to the Islamic port of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. The meeting decided. to process all observations from the second regrouping trip and the rest of the upcoming trips.
The committee praised the outstanding performance in accelerating and simplifying immigration and health procedures, seaports, maritime transport agencies, Hajj facilitation committees and relevant authorities.
Note that the first flight last Sunday carried 800 pilgrims from the states of Khartoum and Kassala.
Today, the ship left the port of Othman, Digna, Amman, on its second voyage, carrying 788 pilgrims of the second group by sea.
The Technical Committee will hold its meetings daily to monitor all developments in the progress of recruitment operations.
