He revealed that the committee has implemented its plan developed for the autumn season to a large extent in the natural drainage of rainwater, thanks to the continuous support of the Supreme Committee for Autumn Emergencies and the state government by providing the necessary aids to the work and starting the opening of the pipelines early.
