“70 years have passed since the establishment of the Sudanese Armed Forces, the first national institution established before the glorious independence of Sudan.
“70 years have immortalized a sumptuous memory and left imprints on the history of the Sudanese fighter, not only in our country but also in a large number of countries of the world in which our forces participated, even in Mexico.
“70 years in which countries have been broken and armies all over the world and in our Arab and African environment have been dismantled, but our valiant armed forces have remained steadfast in the face of all the outrageous and malicious dismantling plots.
“70 years of security and safety experienced by the citizen and the homeland despite the plots of conspirators, agents and mercenaries, during which our valiant army presented columns of martyrs and covered the soil of the homeland with dear and pure blood in redemption for the homeland.
“Yesterday marked the 70th anniversary of Army Day, and our country was exposed to the largest malicious foreign invasion in modern history. We are exposed to an existential war that seeks to annihilate us, replace us, and destroy our identity.
“This time, our enemies took advantage of the state of neglect and deliberate weakening to which our country was subjected during the chaos of the manufactured transition to decide to implement their hateful conspiracy against us, but the destinies of God were stronger than the plots of the conspirators, so our valiant army faced the other regular forces of the Operations Authority, the police forces, the joint forces, the popular resistance and the mobilized. These people are lucky to experience something they could not have imagined.

In summary, Happy New Year to our valiant army on the occasion of your 70th anniversary, because it is another anniversary this year marked with the taste of resistance and steadfastness under the banners of “A people and an army can be sacrificed for you, my homeland”. And finally, our message on this immortal occasion to the agents and mercenaries is: “There is no alternative to the army except with more military support.” Die to anger, and victory is ours, God willing.
