They are the state, “corruption”, sir ..! – The face of the truth – ✍️ Ibrahim Shaqlawi

After the country was pushed into an existential war which destroyed urbanization, moved millions of people and crushed the dignity of the Sudanese citizen under the rubble of displacement and the loss of hope, no one will accept, after all the high cost, that the fate of the state is more corruption or will seduce special interests in the spending the sacrifices of the firm people.
It is no longer acceptable, with a national or legal standard, that state institutions continue to be hostage to corruption, after the Sudanese presented the lives of their children to defend the fatherland, and they have classes of misery and distress, not because they are not aware of their rights, but because they were waiting for their leaders to rise to the historical moment and to build a country sacrifices.
In fact, talking about corruption is no longer exclusive to the elites or is limited to closed circles, but has rather become a daily subject in public councils, and published in journalists’ writings, many of whom are based on confirmed documents or information, that journalists have obtained by investigations of investigation or leaks within higher institutions.
In all cases, these writings may not be treated by contempt or delay, because they are at the heart of professional and legal responsibility, in particular in the light of the existence of laws which regulate the press and publishing and are obliged to document and credibility.
With the absence of the legislative authority practicing surveillance and responsibility, the Sudanese press has become this double burden, because it played a double role; He transmits the voice of people and monitors state performance, despite the well -known challenges he faces. However, this advanced role requires high national awareness, and paying attention to the danger of shooting behind the disinformation and rumors who may not be innocent, but rather part of a struggle of influence or tool of enemy war tools, aims to dismantle the internal front and spread frustration and despair in the hearts of citizens.
From this point of view, the circulation of information and accusations must take place with a more in -depth eye, distinguishing responsible criticisms and attempts to confront and confusion which can take advantage of certain media platforms to transfer unreliable accounts, or to liquidate the political accounts, which represents a real danger for the stability and cohesion of the State.
In order to reduce the way to all these practices and to start building a real state according to justice and transparency, it is necessary to accelerate the creation of the anti-corruption commission and the recovery of public funds, which is the institution stipulated in the constitutional document modifying for 2025 in its article (39). This commission represents the cornerstone of the restoration of the confidence of citizens in government institutions, and the Prime Minister, Dr. Kamel Idris, is responsible for declaring his immediate establishment and to appoint its members according to what has been stipulated in the document.
This step has become a national necessity to save the rest of the state and send a conclusive message to corruption that the time for impunity has been completed. The delay in the establishment of the Commission can exacerbate the crisis, while the initiation of its creation, while granting it real powers, will be the beginning of restoring the rule of law and achieving social justice.
The Commission must be granted the total right to investigate all the allegations raised, to distinguish the corrective of the manufactured and to hold the persons involved in one of their positions or their horse, in a way that restores consideration to the idea of the State and its institutions, and consecrates the principle of the rule of law to all without exception.
The experiences of the countries around us prove that there is no stability or development without real responsibility and independent control institutions. Rwanda, which has emerged from one of the most odious tragedies in modern history, has clearly chosen the path of responsibility and the rejection of corruption, and has created an effective control structure, and has transformed one of the most stable and most growing countries into years. In a different context, Morocco continued a deep institutional reform which focused on the independence of the judiciary and the improvement of transparency, which enabled it to improve its image in the integrity and investment indicators.
These experiences confirm that the starting point must come from corruption seriously and distance. As for the postponement of this file under a pretext – security or a policy – and it will only be a double recipe for the reproduction of failure and collapse, and perhaps in more serious and complicated formulas.
Mr. President, according to the face of the truth, no one asks for the impossible. All that hopes is that the country will be managed in broad daylight and that the affairs of the state will be exposed and clear like the sun, without concealment, fraud or fog of sacrifices. In addition, in the name of freedom of expression or under the cover of open platforms, media discourse should not be used to weaken the state or spread weakness in its institutions.
The next step cannot tolerate procrastination or dodge; Either we have a rule of law and attentive active institutions, or we are again attracted to the square of collapse.
You are fine and well.
