To: His Excellency the team, the first corner of Abdel -Fattah al -Burhan -Chairman of the Council of Transitional Sovereignty, and Professor Kamel Idris -The Head of Government of Hope ✍️ Mr. Al -Jali Abdul Qadir Ahmed Ahmed
In the name of God, the most graceful, the most merciful.
That the peace, blessings and mercy of God are on you ,,,
I am the citizen mr. Al -Jali Abdul Qadir Ahmed, I put in your hands this national vision coming from the love of the fatherland and the concern of its sovereignty and its true advancement, far from dependence and external economic dependence.
First: control and direct national resources to the development of the national economy
In Sudan, we have the richness of what large countries do not have: we
However in enormous quantities. Cattle (more than 100 million heads). Arab glue (90% of world production). Large culture (cotton, sesame, millet, corn …). Oil and other minerals. Water and fertile land.
But the question: where is the real return of these resources?
Unfortunately, smuggling, chaos, poor surveillance and multiplicity of informal parties dealing with these resources, the state was deprived of billions of dollars per year, even if it was managed by a transparent tight system, to change the reality of the country in just one year.
I put a proposal among you as a solution, which is:
1 Stopping random exports and smuggling by promulgating strict laws criminalizing any sale outside the official system.
2 Create a national holding company that exports strategic products only in last currency.
3 Prevention of the transaction in the Sudanese pounds in any strategic export, and the yield in the central state accounts is in foreign currency.
4 Allocate part of the return directly to the development of education, health and infrastructure, with a transparent commitment to this.
The direct effect that the State and the citizen derive from:
-The national income increasing in currency lasts and thus increasing per capita income.
Also, make a surplus in the public budget.
Improve wages and pensions and offer new job opportunities.
Improve the standard of living for the Sudanese individual and reduce the desire for immigration.
Achieve economic and independent sovereignty in the national decision
Second: Improve national production and rely on local skills
We have national skills capable of building what is destroyed: engineers. Technicians. Entrepreneurs. The craftsmen, most of them, and more people with experiences, and personally.
My advice is also, instead of bringing foreign companies at high cost and, in many cases, their implementation is a weak quality, but the limit reaches them to manipulate the desired revenues because their concern is profit, they do not work to live with patriotism, they are ultimately foreigners.
Third: this is an integrated national project for self-realization
-Cuil building a national road and a major network with Sudanese hands.
-Creation of gold purification laboratories and direct sales abroad.
Manufacturing of agricultural products locally instead of exporting them gross.
Expanding solar energy projects to fill the electrical deficit.
-Fitine expatriate capital for guaranteed investment projects.
The restructuring of the tax system is fair and production catalyst.
In conclusion again, we call you as a national leadership and are confident of your sincerity, to be the slogan of the scene:
“Sudan is built with the arms of his children and his resources, not on the back of his debts.”
The homeland is not built with conditional support, but rather by will, sovereignty and self-realization.
