I send you my greetings, and we know the extent of the complications and circumstances of the war, but the electricity sector has paid in advance and the subsidies have been removed, so it is outside of these complications and circumstances that the country is going through.
Today, the conditions of its employees are very different from those of other workers in the public service and government institutions, which is why they are required to make a greater effort to provide services that rise to the level of the advance they receive and which the citizen then pays. extreme hardship and fatigue, accompanied by the water bill, as a deduction from the basic needs that he provides for his family.
Mr. Minister, since the month of Ramadan, we have not benefited from stable electricity, knowing that this service is linked to drinking water, so our suffering has become greater.
We were glad to hear that the electricity problem would be solved with the arrival of transformers of greater capacity, and they had already arrived. The authority informed us that there would be a severe special program on account of the installation of the new transformer of greater capacity of 100. We therefore decided to endure, in spite of the extreme heat and the high prices of ice, to procure ourselves a cup of water, which had reached the point of scarcity and shortage.
The new transformer was installed, but the situation was in a state of unstable electricity and breakdowns. When asked, the common answer was that the problem was no longer with the transformer, which had increased its capacity, but with the internal networks that could not handle the electricity that passes through them, and that they must be changed.
This is the question that arises and must be answered with all honesty and sincerity. Is electricity managed with professional skills capable of handling this issue? Either this institution has been afflicted with what has afflicted other institutions and companies, including the displacement of qualified executives by the guillotine of the so-called Empowerment Removal Committee.
Mr. Minister, the electricity sector needs a very urgent break and decisive decisions because it has become the pulse of life and most people's work is linked to it. Therefore, a review of the work structure and performance must be carried out.

Mr. Minister, we have reached the point where the citizen buys the corner and the wire so that electricity comes to his house after paying the value of a million dollars for the meter. I hope that the electricity law will be reviewed by reconsidering it in terms of. ownership.
