Today, a number of international vaccination centers are implementing a vaccination program with polio vaccine for all visa applicants to Egypt.

Today, the Federal Ministry of Health implemented an intramuscular polio vaccination program for all applicants for entry visas to the Arab Republic of Egypt in a number of international vaccination centers in the states.

The inauguration of the program at the International Vaccination Center in Port Sudan was honored by the representative of the Federal Minister of Health, the Director of the General Administration of Federal Therapeutic Medicine, Dr. Al-Mughira Al-Amin, the Director General of the Red Sea Health Sector, Dr. Ahlam Abdel Rasoul, and the Director of National Quarantine, Dr. Al-Fatih Rabie Abdullah, in the presence of the leaders of the Federal Ministries of Health and the State of the Sea, Al-Ahmar and the directors of the executive offices of the Federal Health, the Director of National Quarantine indicated that the vaccination comes within the framework of complying with the new health requirements for obtaining an entry visa to Egypt, which required obtaining polio vaccination for all candidates of all ages.

Dr. Ahlam Abdel Rasoul, Director General of the Health Sector in the Red Sea State, stressed the importance of vaccination in accordance with the guidelines of the Republic of Egypt, considering them as international requirements.

He announced the availability of a thousand doses and today began vaccination operations for all travelers, and we reassured citizens that the vaccine is safe and effective.

The Director of the Red Sea Vaccination Center, Dr. Ahmed Sarhan, confirmed that the center is functioning well to provide vaccination services.
