Complete the social contract through programs and activities, strengthen the culture of teamwork, consolidate the foundations of religion, protect values, develop communication mechanisms between states and unify concepts regarding (Sudanese) identity ) unique.
And work to address crimes and mistakes that aimed to destroy the state, target the armed forces and security services, and prevent the social structure of the Sudanese nation from cracking.
The need to establish a national policy governing political, social and cultural relations and enact laws to control the tribal and regional system so as to achieve popular satisfaction and raise the profile of patriotism over regionalism, redefining the national political activity and enacting dissuasive and governing laws and procedural controls regarding the registration of parties and entities to contribute to the revival, security and stability of the country.
Then work to counteract the external plan, follow a foreign policy consistent with national values and interests, and outline the plans of agents and foreign support elements in the country, including individual and collective responsibility, and training youth committees for development, construction, and reconstruction.
And work on the reconciliation project which leads to a comprehensive national reconciliation based on stable foundations and an objective treatment of everything which guarantees the improvement of the social fabric and the security of its continuity and its implementation.
The need to form non-traditional parties based on the preservation of the country, adherence to the supremacy of the rule of law, the achievement of judicial justice, equality and social justice, the separation of state agencies and the exercise of their roles to complement the foundations of good governance.
