Unfair decisions made by Health Care Committee against patients in seaports
Port Health Care is one of the mutual funds that serve workers in some aspects of health care and depends on the resources of workers' contributions, management contribution to the fund and investments of the care fund that contribute with these funds to provide health care services for the workers of the authority.
Many factors have contributed to the decline in the service provided to the worker by the Health Fund, including the high costs of internal and external treatments, the loss of many resources, donations and investments, widespread financial and administrative corruption and fraudulent use. The medical card has contributed the most to this.
But when Mr. Muhammad Ali Allah took over as financial director due to his superior financial position, he became the head of the health fund. Everyone greeted him with good news, due to his administrative and financial experience. supposed to carry out reforms and restore what others had ruined, but… the hope was disappointed and the collapse began when he and his failing committee came before us with such a decision. It is unjust and illogical, neither in its basis nor in its validity. The chairman of the fund could not fully address the problems of care.
Why didn't he look for solutions before making these decisions to cover his finances if there was a financial deficit??
Why did Mr President not look at the existing healthcare investment funds and contribute to healthcare resources?
Why didn't he try to fill the deficit by increasing the monthly contribution of the administration, which gives many elegant and beautiful things?
Why didn't the head of social welfare stop the bleeding of financial corruption with a decision before this decision solved part of the problem!!!
It is also unfair to say that port workers must be hospitalized for 3 months. This decision is illogical and illegal in the sense that the care does not treat the patient for more than three months, even if he has the card. This also suggests that there are hospitalized patients and patients outside the health system who paid the cost of treatment and knew it!!
At another point in the decision, the committee specifies that hospitalization outside the ports is paid at 50%. Does the port hospital, with which the care contracts, provide therapeutic services with all types of treatments and examinations?
The cardholder has the right to cancel the treatment of any person in ports and out of ports. This is his legal right if the treatment service is not available in the port hospital. Care is required to provide him internally and externally.
In the past, people being cared for looked for solutions, not content with what was there and always thought about providing resources for health care expenditure, as you would see them getting permits for scrap metal and iron. Care deserves more friend, and. The permits for waste have been granted to him.
