Unity is the basis of construction: to face political challenges in Sudan ✍️ Taha Harun Hamed

In the light of the current circumstances that Sudan is going through, political and social events accelerate in an unprecedented way, because it suffers from political fluctuations which contribute to tearing its social fabric and increasing the tensions between the different political forces. Despite the efforts made to achieve stability and justice, the Sudanese parties are subject to a state of progressive erosion, which threatens the unity of the state and the fate of the Sudanese citizen. The current situation all requires to be held in a line, seeking to build a complete discourse which improves the spirit of citizenship and national unity, and underlines the need to reject violence and all forms of hate speech, which leads only to division and destruction.

Sudan is confronted with great challenges with more than one level, of which first of all the phenomenon of violence and verbal and physical violations which propagate in large parts of Sudan, which can deepen the gap between the inhabitants of the same homeland. However, some groups can seek to ignite the fires of sedition and internal conflicts which do not target the social fabric, but rather economic and political, but also the entity of the State itself. Violence is only a tool for the destruction of national unity, and the threat to which the citizen faces every corners of the country is a real threat to the future of Sudan.

From there, we must all, as a Sudanese citizens, realize that what brings us together is greater than what separates us. We must be inspired by our common history, which testifies to our consistency before the challenges and the capacity to build the Sudanese State on the basis of unity, justice and equality. These principles can only be carried out if the propagation of the culture of dialogue, national education and reconciliation between the different political and social spectra, in accordance with the data and variables of the time; National unity is the cornerstone of the construction of a strong and stable state. At this critical stage that Sudan crosses, all parties must adopt a discourse characterized by wisdom and rationality, far from the speech of hatred, which only increases sedition and conflicts. None of the political forces can achieve its objectives through violence or internal disintegration; On the contrary, all political forces must work in the interest of the country and respect the political, social, cultural, ethnic and regional diversity which is considered one of the colors of power that distinguishes Sudanese society.

Consequently, it is necessary to fully aware of the risks that can be woven against the State and the citizen in this difficult circumstance. The challenges encountered by Sudan today are not only local, but are part of a broader international and regional conflict which reflects its impact on safety and internal stability; We must all be vigilant against all attempts at interference or external incentive that seeks to divide or weaken the country. The dangers that threaten Sudan today require concerted national efforts and the interests of citizens.

With realistic fields in the field to ensure public security and security. By building solid institutions concerned with preserving the rule of law, human rights and equality and by encouraging to contribute to the consolidation of judicial concepts. The Sudanese citizen must play his role in the protection of social peace and help to prevent any attempt to disrupt national unity.

In conclusion, we must confirm that the path of stability in Sudan begins with unity and national cohesion. We need concerted efforts at all levels, from ordinary citizens to community and political leaders, to work in one spirit to build a better future for our future generations. Unity is the base on which everything is built, and through it, we can face all the challenges that threaten our country. With the common will and the fixed determination, we will be able to restore peace and development, and we will not allow any part which has been rejected or weakened our determination.
