Urgent meeting on new health requirements for obtaining visa to enter Arab Egypt
The Acting Federal Minister of Health, Dr. Haitham Muhammad Ibrahim Awadallah, chaired a second meeting regarding the discussion and making arrangements to meet the new health requirements for obtaining an entry visa to the Arab Republic of Egypt, which require obtaining polio vaccination for all visa applicants of all ages. The meeting included all the relevant technical departments are represented by the directors of the General Directorates of Health Emergencies and Epidemic Control, Basic Health Care, the National Medical Commission, Administrative and Financial Affairs, the directors of the National Medical Commission. executive offices and other relevant departments such as the International Health Regulations, the Expanded Program on Immunization and National Quarantine.
The Minister explained that the issue of vaccination, its mechanisms and consequences were discussed and logistical and administrative arrangements were put in place related to the process of providing the vaccination service, which requires the provision of the vaccine against muscular paralysis in specific centers, which will be agreed and announced in the near future.
