May the peace and mercy of God be upon you

Many intertwined events, sensations and feelings, heart and mind forming the inner conversation and words that need to be spoken. I have the honor to send a message of pride, gratitude, appreciation and sincere prayers to the martyrs who ascended to heaven, to the wounded who wrote their positions with their blood, to the prisoners and the missing who represent a bleeding wound.

A pending hope from which their families draw patience and hope in God, while awaiting their return.

A message of thanks and appreciation to the fighters in the trenches and on the borders who provide lessons of patriotism, courage and manhood to protect the land and honor.

As for my second message, it is a well-deserved apology to this constellation of martyrs, prisoners, wounded, missing and fighters. We apologize to them because at a time when they are writing a brilliant story, there are some among us who are practicing. betrayal of the homeland in its worst forms. We apologize because among us there are those who help the enemies, betray trust and violate the sanctity of the homeland. We apologize because there are among us those who exaggerate, increase prices, monopolize goods. and create crises. We apologize because there are those among us who consume usury, exploit the weak and even trade in morality. We apologize because there are those among us who invest in people's health and critical circumstances.

As for my third message, we assure them that the journey is moving forward and that they have been the best predecessors and the best successors. Their belief is God, then country, as they race toward victory or martyrdom.
