Vice President of Sovereignty Council meets Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration

Deputy Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander Malik Aqar Air, praised the advanced level of bilateral relations between Sudan and Egypt, emphasizing Sudan's keenness to strengthen them and develop joint cooperation between the two countries in all areas.
During his meeting today in his office in Port Sudan, Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration, Dr. Badr Abdel-Ati, praised the efforts of the Egyptian government to facilitate the procedures of Sudanese in Egypt, especially in the field of education and organize the Sudanese certificate exams in a good atmosphere.
For his part, the Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs referred to the historical relations that unite the two brotherly countries and peoples, emphasizing Egypt's support for Sudanese institutions and the sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity of the Sudan.
The minister affirmed Egypt's readiness to deploy all possible efforts to alleviate the suffering of the Sudanese people and facilitate the arrival of humanitarian aid.
Minister Abdel Ati underlined his country's concern to provide residency facilities to Sudanese citizens until their safe return to Sudan, stressing that secondary school exams were organized for members of the Sudanese community in Egypt, on the basis of the directives of the President of the Republic. , and within the framework of the importance that Egypt attaches to helping members of the Sudanese community complete their educational journey.
