Visit of the General Intelligence Service of the North to the wounded of the Battle of Karama

The Director General of the Northern State General Intelligence Service, Security Brigadier General Omar Mustafa, paid an inspection visit to the wounded from the Battle of Karama at the Dongola Military Hospital. He was accompanied during the visit by the Commander of the 75th Infantry Brigade, Brigadier General Malik Ramli, and the Darfur Region Coordinator, Mayor Al-Tahir, as well as an accompanying delegation.

During the visit, breakfast and some provisions were provided to the injured. Brigadier General Omar Mustafa confirmed that the purpose of the visit is to check the health and condition of the injured who are receiving the necessary medical care and attention at the hospital. He underlined the interest of the General Intelligence Service in the care of the wounded and the families of the martyrs, in recognition of their sacrifices in the defense of the homeland and the faith.

Mustafa explained that since the outbreak of war on April 15 last year, the agency has ordered all its departments and departments to exploit all human and material capabilities to support the battle for dignity. He stressed continued support for the wounded until they recover and return to the battlefields to liberate every inch of Sudanese territory from rebel militias.

For his part, the coordinator of the governor of Darfur region in the state highlighted the importance of the visit of the general intelligence delegation, noting that it achieved many objectives and significance, praising the role of the government of the Northern State, popular resistance, the various regular agencies and all the institutions and sectors of the State responsible for caring for the wounded.

In a related context, Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Al-Fateh Badawi Al-Khair, representative of the Dongola Military Hospital Administration, explained that the Battle of Karama represents a symbol of pride and pride, as it united the Sudanese people behind the armed forces and state institutions. He commended the efforts of the state government and all parties supporting it in providing aid and care to the injured in the Karama battle.
