8- Form a youth resistance army in its various military, cultural and economic forms which will be an essential element of any political practice in the future as a reserve to be called upon in case of need after the resistance has proven its effectiveness in the enemy's strike. and in the liberation process currently underway.

8- Achieve national unity and national dialogue between the different segments of youth, put an end to the existing state of political division and warn of the dangers of the enemy which exclude no one.

9- Consolidate the spirit of community solidarity after the war. Society must strengthen the spirit of solidarity and cooperation. Young people are working to organize community initiatives aimed at supporting affected groups and strengthening social cohesion among residents of liberated towns. cultural and sporting events aimed at uniting society and mitigating the psychological effects of war.
