We are talking about this exempted minister… whose secret is hidden and his competence is remarkable..!! – Clearly – ✍️ Fath Al-Rahman Al-Nahhas See More

*One of the geniuses of agriculture in Sudan and holder of high-level higher education degrees, he (rejected) several government jobs that were offered to him at the time of the Mayan reign, including the Ministry of Agriculture and the Al-Jazeera project, and was content to work (an ordinary employee) under a civil servant (less qualified) than him… and another of the (eminent scholars) whom they consulted to assume an important ministry at a later time (so he apologized) immediately, and. one of them deserved, by his competence and seniority, to occupy the post of undersecretary of an important ministry, so he chose to leave his job and go (to retirement) so as not to be placed in this high position… I know a significant number of graduates who fled government jobs and chose (reconciliation) with their specializations in their own context… and all these people share the concept that the civil service is a curse or (a victim), and that its holder is exposed to many difficult situations, and that the history of (public jobs) under the regimes tells of their constant exposure to the habit of (wasting human skills ..!!*).

*Waste of skills is exactly the (curse) that haunts government jobs because of politics, (wickedness), or the methods of moral murder by the tongue of (slanderers, slanderers and hypocrites), or because of (obvious envy). .and you can find a civil servant who enjoys the skill, impartiality, activity and ability to (succeed), and all of a sudden, he finds himself out of public work, (he loses) public work and then we come back and (regret) having lost him … I have before me a (new) example of waste of talent, and this time it is the Nile State, where the governor took a (surprising) decision to dismiss all the ministers of his government, which seems to be a decision that was not taken. The dismissed ministers are subject to (consultation) and even notification before making it, and it seems that they heard about the decision through (communication sites), as if they had not worked with the governor of the Nile State. remained the government that (had) the most ministerial skills and achieved (remarkable) successes that raised (actions) of all its officials, including the governor himself, and these successes should have been (present) at the time the decision was made. !!

*Mr. Mahjoub Al-Sir, Acting Minister of Finance, known for his (efficiency, activity and success) in his mission. He was exempted and has in his hands a book of his (amazing) achievements during the mission. previous period, including (the war period). He managed to achieve (financial stability) for the state and implement (521) development projects of the Local Development Fund, (426) sectoral development projects, paying (salaries) to the workers. the state (month by month), providing open support (to the war effort), supporting the popular movement, supporting the new Port Sudan airport, and benefits for the imams, and all this in light of an almost general economic situation. The ministry collapsed (unable) to fulfill many of its financial obligations, not to mention the mandates. Even though raising this (successful official) does not concern him much and he is not among those (seeking) government positions, the (loss) appears in maintaining (wasting) the skills of humanity in the government apparatus and in its inability to make the most of these skills… The skill of Professor Mahjoub Al-Sir and the rest of the exempted ministers will certainly not be wasted, because there are still many other (vacant) positions waiting for him and waiting for them to fill them with innovations and successes, because they are worthy of them… Thank God for your efforts, you three who persevere, and we ask God for good luck in your new projects..!!*

*We will write and write…!!!*
