Since the Misseriya community has been the biggest violator of the laws included in the state constitution over the past three decades, with the spread of tribal conflicts extending to crimes ranging to war and undermining the regime… which was adopted by armed movements that died in their infancy… to the transgressions of individuals who represent the phenomena of conflict, which led certain members of the families of a tribe to murder and mutilation …to also behave with a collective criminal mind. , represented by theft and looting, and the spread of drug phenomena… All this has made Misseriya society conservative, adhering to its moral values, customs, ideals and customs that denounce such behaviors. confusion… because civil administrations, which are the system of customs and traditions that formulate and establish their rules from the entire civil heritage based on values, have not been able to contain the fervor and appetite for the indiscipline which went beyond the courts to the courts controlled by the political judicial power of the State!
