What is this, oh governor of Khartoum!! – The edge of the sword – ✍️ Muhammad Al-Sadiq
0 First of all, we must point out that Professor Ahmed Othman, Governor of Khartoum State, continued to work in difficult and difficult conditions, and I have written a lot about him, praising the work he has continued to do, for which he deserved thanks, praise. and appreciation.
0 The state of Khartoum, which is the center, has thirteen ministries and a supreme council. These are ministries. Agriculture. Health. Finance. Education. Social development. Industry. Infrastructure. Urban planning. Culture, media and tourism. And senior strategic planning councils. Human resources development. Youth and sport. the environment. You can imagine all these ministries and higher councils. For almost two years since the start of the war, all ministers did not show up, except for Minister Siddiq Freni, Minister of Social Development, who moved after the outbreak of war with the government. Maiqoma to Al-Jazeera State and Wad Madani, and after the entry of the terrorist militia, he moved again with the children to Kassala. From there he traveled with adults aged eight to sixteen to New Halfa and then to New Halfa. Khartoum, fully continuing the work of his ministry until now. Similarly, the Minister of Health, Mahmoud Al-Qaim, remained in office throughout the war until his retirement. As for the rest of the ministers, there was nothing wrong with them, none of them appeared and they remained in their dissolution and journey without Brother Governor Ahmed Othman lifting a finger towards them and orders them to continue their work from the center. Finally, almost two years and four days ago, the Minister of Youth and Sports returned from Cairo and appeared on some sites. I do not know if this late return was due to the fact that he was about to retire or if it was a summons from the governor who had remained silent towards his ministers for almost two years.
0 It is true that the brother governor did well, but he did not employ his ministers well, who until now are outside the work plan, even though he issued a decision appointing Al-Tayeb Saad Al -Din to the post of Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism, as well as his appointment to the post of Minister of Health. It was expected that ministers would be appointed to replace those who have been out of service for almost two years, and it is not known whether they are spending their appropriations or not!!
0 Governor Ahmed Othman gave everything, but he did not care about the ministers of his ministries who were forced to move away and left him alone alongside the ministers of Social Development and Health, who deserved all our appreciation and thanks for their noble national positions. and their responsibility amid the noise of cannons and bombs and the heavy rain of bullets.
It is true that the governor of Khartoum provided a lot, but he was not able to order the ministers to continue their work as usual, and this is a point that he is criticized for and which is not taken into account . Everyone knows that Khartoum State is the mother and center that all states in Sudan must follow because it is the leader and focal point.
0 Questions that arise: Why did the ministers not continue their work? Why weren't they called to work? How long will this remain the case? So why haven't replacements been named for them? How long will the state stay like this? Knowing that the ministers who work in their minority do not even receive oil for their movements, and that their salaries are irregular, to be like the rest of the states that pay their salaries and incentives.
0 Tomorrow, God willing, we will continue if there is any remaining life. I swear there is no intention behind this.
