The sources said Obaid's links with the militia were rejected by many circles in the region. and Obaid always caused them a lot of harassment, which led them to liquidate him and bury him in the school, according to reports.
The sources confirmed that those arrested admitted the details and information of the incident related to the liquidation of Obaid, but these statements did not satisfy them and the deadly tortures continued until the four died, and more than (37) people remained in the prison. detention centers in Umm Rawaba and under threat of death, according to sources.
The same sources indicated that the militia leader, Hassan Rabeh, threatened residents of the Rahmaniyah area to burn it after exhuming Obaid's body, and to exterminate them all and drive them out of the area. were forced to evacuate their homes and flee to unknown places.
