Where is the world of the world … and Sudan is an appointment with peace ✍️ Dr Osama al -Fateh al -Omar
The world witnesses accelerated transformations and the United States play a central role in the direction of peace initiatives in conflict areas around the world. Today, attention is directed to Sudan, where the meeting between the first team, Abdel Fattah Al -Burhan and the American Chancellor Massad Paul, represents an important step towards the opening of direct communication channels with Washington, supporting the ceasefire, protecting civilians and promoting political dialogue between all Sudanese parties.
This American trend reflects moral and strategic responsibility and confirms that peace is not only a political objective, but a human necessity. For years, the Sudanese citizen has suffered from the deterioration of basic services, weak infrastructure, interruptions of power and water, in addition to a continuous lack of food and health care. Hence the importance of international initiatives to provide urgent support to citizens and improve the quality of life.
Sudan today has an exceptional opportunity to become a model in humanitarian, economic, social and cultural relationships. The entry of financial institutions and international investments can transform Sudan of a rich country expected of resources into a rich country which has stability and luxury, improves its ability to develop infrastructure, provide basic services and support sustainable economic projects.
American initiatives in Sudan include facilitation of access to aid, the protection of civilians and the promotion of sustainable development, which gives Sudan the opportunity to be a global example of the capacity of various and complex peoples to overcome conflicts and to achieve peace and prosperity.
The opportunity today is more than ever, and the challenge lies in the commitment of all Sudanese parties to peace and work in a spirit of national and international responsibility. If these efforts succeed, Sudan will become a real model of sustainable cooperation and development and will make experience an inspiration for all the peoples of the world.
