The Caliph said in his speech at the conference that the education system in Sudan has been greatly affected by the war launched by the Rapid Support Militia against the Sudanese state, noting that in its war, it has targeted educational and teaching institutions occupying and using them for military purposes, which led to the cessation of education and the displacement of students.
The minister called on international organizations and institutions and UNESCO to help Sudan rehabilitate educational institutions destroyed by the war, noting that despite the economic conditions Sudan is facing, the country has been able to achieve tangible progress in the framework of legislation and free education.
