In a world in which competition is not mercy and does not recognize individualism, and teamwork is no longer a secondary choice, but rather a condition of success and survival, in particular in government contexts confronted with major challenges, and from this point of view, learning to constitute work teams is considered to be an eye on the government of hope, if he wants to pass words to actions.

_ From talent to system_

It is not enough for us to have talented or good intentions. For example, we clearly see it in football; The player who insists on individualism fails the team, whatever the competence, while harmony, understanding and continuous intelligent training are the key to real victory, the foot is a group game and each time the teams can team up skills as style and tactical, he can get excellent results.

What if we go from the field of sport to the arenas of devotion rituals, economic projects, social reform and public policies? The greater the task, the more the need for difference in homogeneous work, clear roles, communication mastery and respect for specialties.

Cooperation in Islam: origin, not a branch

_ The Islamic spirit does not stop the idea of ​​cooperation and teamwork. Even the main devotion rituals have been built on the collective spirit:

Prayer in congregation.

Fasting in a month.

Zakat is taken and spent through a system.

The pilgrimage is a meeting of the UN, not an isolated individual obligation.

The sacrifice festivals are collective, not individual.

And in the noble hadith: {_ the believer’s believer, like the structure, tightens} _

* And in the noble Koran: {and cooperate with justice and piety, and do not cooperate with ourselves and enemies}

There is no increase or hope that with a collective spirit that improves listening, is good in the organization and puts the country’s interest on ego trends and personal appearances.

* Of an individual inspiring in the spirit of the group *

The time of the “inspiring leader” who alone has the keys to victory and defeat, and the era of partnership and collective minds. In our religion, the unity of God alone, but human beings were created to be an aid for each other, not that one of them is unique in decision and fate.

Shura is not only a political value, but it is an implicit recognition of the helplessness of an individual, regardless of quantity, and recognition that real reality is only by others. Even the good of human beings, Muhammad ﷺ, was clarified by saying: _ and their watches in the matter}. (Al -imran: 159) _

It is nothing more than an establishment of the principle according to which success is not made with individual opinion, but by the spirit of the group.

* Even those who do not understand … Those who have the two centuries share the construction *

In a scene of the biggest scenes from Surat Al -kahf, Dhul -Qarnayn meets people who have been described as follows:

_ The Almighty said: {they can almost agree with him} _

(Cellar: 93)

In other words, they are a low understanding, limited perceptions and may not even be good in the language of communication. Despite this weakness, Dhul -Qarnayn did not investigate them, did not despise their need, but listened to them, met their appeal and involved them in a large project.

When they asked him to build a dam that reserves the danger of Gog and Magog, they did not impose charity on one side, but he said that his saying that will remain a lesson in the art of leadership and sharing: _ The Almighty said: {So seek me with force and do between you and their heart}

(Cellar: 95).

He wanted them to join, not the spectators, who wanted to bring out their underlying energy, and not to improve their apparent helplessness.

* The deepest message: *

– This true empowerment is not based on exclusion, but rather to engage ._

And that those who have needs or limitations do not depend, but they can rather be part of the solution.

And that rational leadership sees people’s capacities, not only their faults, they must train and qualify employees in all state institutions on work concepts to train work teams in order to work in a unified, musical and long exceptional system {Team Wark}.

In this story, the logic of elite falls, and the partnership banner increases, even those “who hardly understand”, have contributed to the construction of the biggest defensive wall in history, when they found an adult leader, an equitable soul, does not monopolize work and do not despise the simple.

The construction of work teams should not be considered as an administrative plan, but rather a philosophy of the rule, a culture of the Renaissance and a faith belief.

The government of hope, if he wants to be a name in the name, must believe that a person is unable to be alone, strong in his group, and that history is not mentioned by those who worked alone, but rather who has established a difference that made a difference.
