This is the most correct among Muslim lawyers, and there are no accumulation of certain jurisprudential visions that come to the criminalization of those who are guilty of these poor children.

Do you know who lies in religion?!

He is not the killer, nor prayer, nor the thief!

Almighty God tells us that lie in religion is the one who calls the orphan} !!!

Almighty God told us that in Surat al -Ma’oun, and (leaving) is to push violently and nail the Turks, that is to say that the orphan defeats and pushes it strongly and oppress it.

Thus, the verse of Surat Al -Ma’oun does not speak of a financial need or goods, but rather speaks of feelings, feelings, behavior and absence of (Anna) in the treatment of the orphan, the P (call) / the payment of an orphan violent in particular financial transactions.
